I'm a pensioner or I've left

Once you start to receive a pension from Pace DB, it’s paid into your bank or building society account every four weeks. The actual payment date depends on which pension scheme you were in. You can download the latest pension pay date cards here:

All of your income in retirement above your personal tax allowance is taxable, including your pension from Pace and any State pensions. If you have a question about the amount of tax you’re paying, you need to contact the Tax Office that deals with Pace pensions. Call them on 0300 200 3300 and quote the Pace reference number: 475/YB80425.

Please note, the Co-op Pensions Department can’t contact them for you as it’s a personal tax matter.

Since April 2020, the majority of Pace pensioners have been able to access their pension information online, with the launch of Member Online, our secure member area. 

By registering for Member Online, you will be able to keep your own details up to date and view, print and save P60s and payslips.
